1.1 The review received from the reviewer regarding the article is provided to the author(s) with the knowledge of the editor-in-chief, without publishing the reviewer's data. |

1.2 If the reviewer's opinion about the article is positive, it is submitted to the Editorial Board session as an article guaranteed to be printed, in order to receive a final conclusion from the board. |
|
1.3 If the reviewer's opinion on the article is negative, it is submitted to the Editorial Board session as an article not scheduled for publication, with the aim of receiving a final conclusion from the board. |
|
1.4 If the reviewer has made certain observations/recommendations on the article, after correcting it, it can be guaranteed to be published, then the article is returned to the author, giving the latter a certain time to review. |

1.5 The editor-in-chief, after getting acquainted with the article revised and modified by the author and the additional opinion of the reviewer, may: |
a) submit the article to the Editorial Board session as a guaranteed article for publication in order to receive a final conclusion from the board.
|
b) submit the article to the Editorial Board session as a non-guaranteed article for publication in order to receive a final conclusion from the board.
|
c) send the article to the same or another specialist for double review. In this case, if there is a problem with the deadlines, the given article can be moved to the next issue.

1.6 After the completion of the review process, all the articles and the results of the review submitted to the publication of the given issue of the GA periodical are provided to the members of the Editorial Board in order to get acquainted and to make a final decision regarding the publication of the articles. |

1.7
All articles submitted for publication in a given issue of SW and the results of reviews are presented by the editor-in-chief during the session of the Editorial Board.

|
If the Editorial Board: |
a) If the reviewer makes a positive decision about the article guaranteed for publication, then the article is allowed to be published.
|
b) If the reviewer makes a negative decision regarding the article guaranteed to be published, then the article is given to the author for revising.
|
c) If the reviewer makes a positive decision regarding the article that is not guaranteed to be printed, then the article is given to another expert for a second review (with the author's consent).
|
d) if the reviewer makes a negative decision regarding the article that is not guaranteed to be published, then the publication of the article is rejected.

|
1.8 Non-guaranteed materials are not returned to the author and are kept in the editorial office. |
|
1.9 The session of the editorial board is recorded by the responsible secretary, then certified by the signatures of the participating members. |
|
1.10 After completing the review process, the editor-in-chief submits a report to the director of the NAS RA SCAS about organizing, editing, proofreading, technical editing, and printing process of articles guaranteed to be printed in the corresponding terms. |
|
1.11 An electronic version of the edited and corrected preliminary copy of the SW journal is sent by the executive secretary to the authors' email addresses for final verification and approval, and the final electronic version is posted in the appropriate sections of the websites before printing Center and SW magazine. SW is published in 120 copies. |
|
1.12 By the instruction of the director, the responsible secretary allocates an appropriate number of the new issue of SW periodical for the library of the Center, the members of the Editorial Board and the authors. Of the printed copies, it is given to the Supreme Certifying Committee RA (1 copy), to the National Library of Armenia (4 copies), the Fundamental Scientific Library of NAS RA (2 copies) National Library (4 copies) and the National Academy of Sciences library (2 copies), it is given to the libraries of the Armenian Studies Institutes of the National Academy of Sciences and the Armenian Studies and Social Sciences Chairs of Universities (one copy). |
