- The article must be submitted to the SW editorial office conveying information about the author and all co-authors (if any).

- The article should be original research carried out by the author/ co-authors. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
|
- The article must not have been previously published in any language (in some cases it is possible by the approval of the editor).
|
- The article must not be simultaneously submitted for publication or reviewed in another periodical.
|
- The article must be written in good manners, observing the rules defined in the SW periodical.
|
- The research within the article must be based on accurate data.
|
- The article must have scientific novelty and relevance.
|
- In the article (in the form of a reference) it is permissible to express gratitude to the persons who supported the study in any way (acknowledgements).
|
- The author is obliged to cooperate with the editorial staff, to make the necessary changes, additions or reductions, as well as to correct errors.
|
- The author has no right to dispute the decision of the editors not to publish the article or the negative opinion of the reviewer without fundamental arguments.
|
|
For the reviewers: |
- All submitted manuscripts are subject to review by at least 1 reviewer. The review is blind and taking into account the feedback of the review the editorial staff makes a decision of publishing or rejecting the paper.

|
- review the paper, regardless of personal interests and interests, demonstrating an exclusively scientific impartial approach,
|
- fill out the form sent to him/her for review as soon as possible,
|
- inform the editorial office on conflicts,
|
- The reviewed form is stored in the archive of "SW" periodical, is not given to anyone, and is not subject to publication. The author is informed about the review results, proposals and observations by e-mail.

|
The editorial staff should: |
- organize the proper review of the articles submitted to "SW",
|
- to inform the author about the decision of the editorial board within two months after the article has been accepted by the editorial board,
|
- follow the publication etiquette of the periodical and guarantee the high scientific level of the published works,
|
- not publish the author's and reviewer's personal information shopuld not provide it to both parties
|
- The editorial office has the right to reject the publication of the article if it does not meet the requirements set by the editorial office. The editorial board makes the decision to print or reject materials, based on the suggestions and observations made by the reviewers, if they meet the technical requirements of the periodical.

- After the review stage and the corrections made by the author, the articles are edited according to "SW" editorial approaches.
|

|
- The copyright of the published materials belongs to "SW" periodical. After receiving a positive decision on printing, the author is obliged to fill out and sign the copyright transfer form.
|
- It is the author's responsibility to obtain written permission (who owns the copyright) to print or reprint any copyrighted material (photo, text, image, table, diagram, etc.). They should be provided to the editorial office of "SW" periodical (after receiving a positive decision on printing). For copyrighted material, the form will be provided by the editors.
